How the buying process works

Please email me at shop@ddmana.com and specify the items you'd like to order.

I will create your items on the ranked server and provide a screenshot so you can verify exactly what you will be receiving.

You provide payment in the form of a Global Steam gift card for the agreed amount.

Once the gift card has been redeemed, we’ll schedule a pickup time and I’ll deliver the items in-game at the agreed scheduled time.

FAQ

Will I get banned for this?
No, the only way you will get banned is if you admit to buying the items. All the gear I generate will pass advanced Item Checks by admins. To put it simply, I am not just opening cheat engine and creating them. I am playing the map thousands of times generating real seeds until I get a seed that matches the order. I’ve worked with many high-profile players on high-end drops and no one has been caught with illegitimate gear.

Why is payment required upfront?
Payment must be made in advance to protect against fraudulent requests, including attempts by Dungeon Defenders admins posing as buyers. This ensures the transaction remains safe for both sides. To help new clients feel comfortable, I offer a few items at half off for first-time orders as a low-risk way to build trust and experience the process firsthand.

How is my privacy protected?
You are welcome to use an alt Steam account if you prefer. Beyond that, all I can do is guarantee that your identity will remain strictly confidential (even if you use your main account).
